Is there anyway that makes the plugin stop counting visits without losing the old visits or profits of the members?

in general, no. However, depending on what visits counting method you are using (Google Analytics, Slimstats, etc) there might be specific ad-hoc solutions.If you are using Google Analytics, revoking the authorization from the plugin settings will result in all visits data being deleted. However, if you revoke the authorization from your own Google settings, thus breaking the plugin’s authorization, this should result in no new data being imported, with the past data being left untouched. I say “should” because I have never tried this and it is of course not a “best practice”. You may also try to fiddle with the wp-cron event (named ppcp_analytics_data_update), and moving its next execution date 10 years from now. Don’t delete it though – it will be automatically recreated 🙂
I don’t know for what purpose you would need to turn off new visits, but, as a side note, you may want to checkout the Exclude posts from stats after they are paid setting (bottom of Counting settings box).
