    I just installed your free version on my local host, and it worked like a charm. I tried installing it on my production site, and the stats page doesn’t seem to want to appear.

    When i click on the link in safari the screen goes white.
    When i click on the link in chrome this is the following error :

    The http://www.procialcontent.com page isn’t working
    http://www.procialcontent.com is currently unable to handle this request.

    Hi Ajay,
    What PHP version are you running on your server? This is clearly a server issue – it could be another plugin conflicting as well. If you have access to your server log, then having a look in there will surely tell us what’s wrong 🙂

    I’m a novice at this. How do i check my php version. How can I find the conflict and seek your help ? Is giving you my admin access an option ?

    I just copy pasted it, don’t understand it though… Do i check for error logs on the phpmyadmin or on WordPress ? How do i go about that ? 🙂

    Great, so we now have the PHP version and that’s not the issue.

    We will try to enable the debug mode in WordPress and see if any error is displayed. To enable the debug mode, see this tutorial. After you have done that (just care for WP_DEBUG, don’t pay attention to the other lines), try loading the stats page again and see if any error is displayed 🙂

    We probably got to the bottom of it with another user: Post Pay Counter version 2.621 should fix the issue for you as well 🙂
