    There is a problem on my website Posmake.com . The users cannot apply request, they getting a notification “Error while fetching due payment” my version of request payment add-on is 1.3.5 . can you please help me to solve this.

    Hi Anas,
    double apologies: I had forgotten about the update for the Request Payment issue; and I did not get a notification for your last request so I missed it!

    So:

    1. I have just released Post Pay Counter PRO version 1.8.3.1 which fixes the request payment issue from the frontend
    2. I am going to refund your transaction right now. However, I can only refund it to the address who paid in the first place. Would you like me to do that? Or another option, if you’d like another addon, is to just pay the difference and have me switch the license 🙂

    I just need the refund to the same address I have paid, and I will purchase the another one myown.. because add-on that I need is higher rate than which I bought unknowingly .
