    Hello,
    I have a couple of issues:

    1. The [ppc] shortcode does not work.
    2. I have a pro license but removed it from one domain and was going to use it on a new one, but I am getting a too many activations error but do not see anywhere to deactivate the license.

    Besides the renewal issues, are these issues still actual?
