Hi,
Total payment values are coming perfectly as $0.00 format. I want to display the “Due Payment” in the same format. How can I do it? Please help.
June 19, 2017 at 10:36 pm #56958StefanoKeymasterHi Syed,
What format are they displayed with, instead of 0.00?Have a nice day,
StefanoJune 19, 2017 at 10:45 pm #56961Syed MuksitGuestMy apologies!
That’s not the issue. That’s fine. What I want is when I display the over states for the users, I want this -“Total adsense_revenues: 2.704292” to be displayed as “Total adsense_revenues: $2.70”.
Mainly, the adsense revenue amount to be rounded off to 2 decimal places with the currency symbol set in the settings.
Can we do that?
June 20, 2017 at 7:54 am #56973StefanoKeymasterI see what you mean, and yes I realize that should be more consistent. I’ll see to take care of it in the next release. I’m a bit busy right now, though, so I won’t be able to ship this before next week or so, sorry! π

StefanoJune 22, 2017 at 12:57 pm #57039StefanoKeymasterPost Pay Counter v. 2.728 fixes the issue. Now overall stats are displayed in the same form as stats are, depending on the Display status for each payment criteria. Set the Display status for Adsense revenues to Payment and you should be good to go π

July 3, 2017 at 6:21 pm #57230Syed MuksitGuestHi Stefano,
I need some help.
1. In my site, https://lifebeyondnumbers.com/, multiple authors write. I will take the example of one author for whom I have done data validation along with many others.
2. https://lifebeyondnumbers.com/author/chitra-ratnakergmail-com/ has published 2 posts in total till date. One on 19th May and the other on 1st July.
3. As per Google analytics report, her data looks like below:
May 2017: UPV(81) & PV(112)
June 2017: UPV(55) & PV(216)
So for the one post published one May, as on today, her total UPV is 136 as per GA.4. But when I generate the Post Pay report as on today for ALL Time date range, this story published on May shows only 95 visits (I track only UPV via Post Pay Counter)
5. I want to understand why there is a gap in the data? This data gap is there for most of the authors.
Can you please help?
I also want to get done some customization and add few extra features to your plugin? How should we proceed about it?

July 4, 2017 at 8:50 am #57240StefanoKeymasterHi Syed,
go to Options > Google Analytics Status > Update data, pick a date around May, 1st and hit the button besides to trigger the update. Right now you only have Analytics visits data from June 21st πLet me know!
Have a nice day,
StefanoJuly 4, 2017 at 9:21 am #57246Syed MuksitGuestI can’t do that because I will lose all my data for other authors.
This data is since 21, June, 2013. So data date range is perfect. See below again.
ANALYTICS FIRST REQUEST TIME: 2013-06-21, 00:00:00
ANALYTICS LAST REQUEST TIME: 2017-07-03, 14:51:02July 4, 2017 at 9:22 am #57248Syed MuksitGuestI just want to do a check. Can you please guide me where in database this data is stored?
July 4, 2017 at 11:10 am #57250StefanoKeymasterHi Syed,
I canβt do that because I will lose all my data for other authors.
This data is since 21, June, 2013. So data date range is perfect. You will lose your current data – but it will be reloaded anew. The issue right now, is that you only have visits data since 21, June, 2013. For that reason, you clearly don’t see visits from May and early June, which explains the gap in your stats in respect to Google Analytics. Loading then anew, starting from an earlier date, should fix the issue.
If you would feel more quiet, you could do a database backup before reloading the data so you could restore it just in case π
I just want to do a check. Can you please guide me where in database this data is stored?
Analytics visits data are stored in the wp_postmeta table, with the key _ppcp_ga_visits. Each post has its own postmeta.
Have a nice day,
StefanoJuly 4, 2017 at 11:14 am #57253Syed MuksitGuestI understand your point but data is since June, 2013. And this author in question has published her posts in May 2017. So don’t you think it should have the correct data?
July 4, 2017 at 12:37 pm #57260StefanoKeymasterSo donβt you think it should have the correct data?
If she published her post in May, and your data starts at June 21st, it’s clearly missing all data since the publishing date up to June 21st. Right now the plugin only has visits received from 21st. All visits in days before are not included.
July 4, 2017 at 12:49 pm #57263Syed MuksitGuestSeems you are not reading my post properly.
As per the system info I shared with you,
1. PPC started tracking data since 21-June-2013 (see below) and last data request was on 3-July-2017
ANALYTICS FIRST REQUEST TIME: 2013-06-21, 00:00:00
ANALYTICS LAST REQUEST TIME: 2017-07-03, 14:51:022. The author published her post on 19-May-2017 and not on 2013. This publish date is well within the data pull date range as mentioned above. Right?
This should show correct data. Isn’t it?
July 4, 2017 at 12:55 pm #57265StefanoKeymasterHi Syed,
I’m sorry. It’s not that I was not reading your post carefully (I always do), I was reading the dates wrong. I thought the start date was in June of this year. I’m very sorry about this! So, my advice would still be to reload data, of course with a start date that’s convenient for you (anything before 2013-06-21 will be fine). However, this is not a viable solution if you have a time limit on visits in the plugin’s Google Analytics Settings box.
If you want to make a backup and create me a temporary admin account on your site, I’ll be happy to look into the issue myself and try to fix it myself, as to account for your lost time over the date misunderstanding π
July 4, 2017 at 1:02 pm #57268Syed MuksitGuestNo worries about it :). I will refresh the data once and check again.
Is there a shortcode via which I can display in the frontend for every loggedin author how the other authors are performing? We can display auth name, total posts, total upvs, and total earning.
July 4, 2017 at 1:15 pm #57270StefanoKeymasterOkay let me know π
Yes, the PRO version provides a shortcode for stats. It’s [ppc], full details and tutorial here:
