I have Post Pay Counter Pro and I have a page for the stats page for the user viewing the page. What is the code for a request payment button? I’m assuming this feature is included in the Pro version?

no, the Request Payment feature comes in a separate addon, not included in the PRO. Check it out here:Request Payment – Require authors to reach a threshold and request they are paid
