    So, I updated my license after a long time of not using it, but now that I have renewed it, WordPress won’t let me update the Pro Plugin. I have 1.6.1 and I’m trying to update to 1.8.3.1. The plugin seems to be working otherwise, but it won’t update.

    Now that I’m looking at it again, it looks like it didn’t take my License Key. And now in the options menu, the key is gone. Key

    Hi Geoff,
    What happened is that you didn’t enter your license key when renewing your license, at checkout. I’m currently on holiday and can’t fix the matter, you’ll have to wait until August 24th,sorry!

    Please, Am really having problem with paypal payments.. can you introduce other payments methods to purchase plugins?

    I’m sorry, we only support PayPal payments through the plugin. However, you can make the payments on your own through the platform you prefer (bank transfer, etc) and then use the Mark as paid feature in the plugin to keep having the benefits of full payments tracking and due payments computations. Does this help? 🙂
