    Hello,

    I renewed the Post Pay Counter Pro plugin on 7/19 but the options page say the license is expired and if I try to add the original license key, it states “You already have a license for this addon active” but still states “Awfully sad – Expired”. I have not received a new license key either.

    How do I correct this?

    Hi Jon,
    I’ve checked and your license has been extended for another year correctly. However, since the plugin contacts the license server once in a while (should be 2 weeks), it can take some time for the expiration date to update on your end. This doesn’t create any issues though.

    However, if you want to immediately see the updated information, you can deactivate your license with the Deactivate button in the License Status box and then activate it again with the same key. From red it should then turn to green 🙂
