Steps:
1. Just renewed 1.2 -> 1.3
2. Tuned to count per char and per visit (Google Analytics tuned and works well for several months)
3. Published by admin new post
4. Entered in stats page
5. Debug error appeared in log:25.11.2017 11:42:58
An error was thrown with code “ppcp_pb_get_stats_by_posts_ids_empty_array”, message “Empty array input.” and debug data “array (
)”.May be helpfull: published posts counts well for author, as usual. There is no counting for publisher only.
Thanks for reporting, I have now silenced that particular error in the log, it will ship with the next release. It was just too verbose, but there were no real issues 🙂

StefanoNope, its seems that error is here.
1. Settings: 0.03 per symbol and 0.06 per visit. Zero for base payment publishing (“incremental system”) -> paying only for text size and visits
2. Author published one post. He must earn 230 rub per text size + 1220 per his own post = 1450 rub:
But due pay contains payment only for his own post and nothing for publishing:

There is similar as previous – no 230 for publishing.

1. Its looking like I’ve payed for that particular publishing, but in fact it wasn’t.

Thanks for all the details and screenshots. Can you have a look at the payment history for that author and see if those 230 have not already been paid somehow? I will investigate further anyway. Also, can you confirm that you are running latest versions of all addons?
