Post Pay Counter Stats Disappeared and Pro License didn't work

Hi,

we’re having a production site where the writers translate texts from english and the stats have been counting the numbers of published words normally, then one day, all the stats disappeared.

I have checked the site and noticed that it didn’t have the Pro version installed, therefore I installed it and tried entering the License key (i bought unlimited license).

This is what I got – License object is not a PPCP_license instance.

How do I get the license working and how do I get my stats back?
