    Hi,
After the sunset of the Universal Google Analytics we moved to Plausible (based on mainly the recommendation of PPC docs). As we already have the server we went on the self hosting model, and updated to PPC Pro to be able to link the two together. We have set it up and the PPC Options page show no problem at the Plausible section. In fact it say:
    Last request on 2023-10-06 07:00:00.

Data used to generate stats are in time range 2023-08-15 – 2023-10-05.

The _postmeta table of the WP database has several hundred _ppcp_plausible_data what seems to be right for the time period mentioned by the status line above.

Despite having the numbers in the database, the data is not taken into consideration when calculating the payments. The Visits Payment -> Counting method -> A supported visits tracker option is set to Plausible Analytics.

What could be the problem here?

    Hi Tibor,
so do I understand right that the stats page shows 0 visits for all posts? Or what gets displayed there?

    A nice day,
    Stefano

    Hi Stefano,
The column on the stats page labeled as Visits has only 0 (zero) in every single line.

What exact versions of PPC and PRO are you running?

I’ve sometimes seen an odd issue with the settings not being correctly stored for visits trackers. To check this, can you paste here (as a private reply if you wish it confidential):
    1. your general settings
    2. settings for one author for whom you see visits to be zero, if any author has custom settings.
Take both from the Import/Export settings box in the Options page.

I can’t see anything wrong, so that’s very odd. Would it be possible for me to have a look personally with a temp admin account?
