When i mark to pay via paypal it came to an error said that email address was restricted and i already gone through the topics that asked by others, its because of the checkbox ticked with “enable paypal sandbox” after i untick it, it became ok and was able to proceed to confirm the payment.
But when the confirmation is running, it brings me to an error 404 page of my webpage and the paypal verification page not even show up. After bringing to the “error 404 page not found” page, the post pay counter stats there showing the payment already been made and i don’t even make the payment yet through my paypal account.Here is the error log i have found in the error log box.

thanks for the quick reply. After unticking the Paypal sandbox and ticked the enable IPN, now it is ok and redirected to the correct PayPal login page after confirming the payment. Problem solved.
Every time I try to issue payment I keep getting the following error: The email account Receiver not in receive money enabled country is based in a country that isn’t enabled to receive payments.
That’s the error I received. I was actually trying to pay to my own Paypal account. I’m based in Nigeria, and according to Paypal https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide I should be able to receive Paypal payment from my country. Besides, I’ve received refunds from a couple of purchases made with Paypal and everything worked fine.
What’s happening? Is this a bug?

apart from just waiting a little more, please, try to do as follows:- Go to a payment page
- Before paying, open the Page inspector. In Chrome, you would just hit F12.
- Look for the console and open it
- Now try to pay – report any errors you may see in the Console

How do I send you an image?Okay – there is an error happening in the backend of the request. Can you retrieve your server error log and see what’s reported there? 🙂
The plugin does not work on php 7.1 can this be fixed?
While I upgrade my test system to PHP 7.1, could you tell me what is not working exactly? How do you know it’s PHP 7.1 that’s causing the issue? What issues do you have? 🙂

The spinner just spins on php 7.1 when I downgraded to php 5 it worked.
I tried that as well and it worked for me. Can you retrieve your server error log when it doesn’t work?
My key is not working says its already been activated.
