    No Buddypress, Can’t Set Paypal Email

    My site is not running on the buddypress plugin for user profile, and I don’t allow user access to my site backend. Please, I would just like a piece of code, maybe shortcode that I can embed on a page to enable users to set their Paypal email. I can’t use Buddypress, I already have a profile plugin built into my theme. Thank you!
