I haven’t been receiving email notifications for any payment requests since May this year, which is when my license was renewed. Did I miss an add-on during the renewal process or did something break? This feature was working forever till this year.
Please advise.

this is odd! Can you double check the Request Payment addon is activated as a plugin and has the license correctly activated? Can you post a screenshot of its settings box?A nice day,

We configured SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Would that have affected it?
The addon uses the WordPress function
wp_mailto send emails, and logs an error in the plugin Error Log in case the email is not sent. However, not all cases in which an email is refused are actually caught bywp_mail, so it might be worth checking the server error logs as well at the time when emails should be sent 🙂
