    Hi guys, I went to check PPC today and only 2 of about 10 authors are showing in my list, and all the post counts and past paid amounts are gone.

    Unfortunately, this is just causing more issues than it was originally helping, and I don’t have the time to keep coming back for solutions and updates. I’m going to have to delete the plugin and ask for a refund.

    What do you mean with gone? Are they just not displaying? Are they all to zero? I really don’t see how this could have happened, but do you have a backup?

    I have reinstalled it again to give it another chance.

    I seem to be experiencing this warning quite often

    WARNING: Analytics rows to be processed count dropped all of a sudden. This could be a problem and may mean the integrity of your visits/ads data has been compromised. Try to lower the number of rows to be processed per page load and make a new import.

    Even with the number of rows lowered.

    I seem to be experiencing this warning quite often

    The warning won’t go away until you clear the Error log in the Options page. Try to clear that and see if it pops up again, even with the lowered number of rows 🙂

    I’ve tried all that a few times but it doesn’t help.

    I took another look today and even when I set the filter to “Any” user and “All time” there are still authors missing from the list. None of my settings appear to be right anymore and I really just don’t know what to do with it now. It’s not helping me at all.

    I don’t know, you seem to be experiencing issues quite weird and that were not reported by no other user. I would think of a conflict with some new plugin, but it may not be the case. What I can do for you at this point is to be available on Skype and see if we can get a glimpse of what’s going on together 🙂
