    Hello,

    There is something wrong with some members accounts. When I select all the post then I click “Mark selected posts as paid”, The “Total due payment” does not go to zero as suppose to be. Any solution?

    Hi Omar,
    if you hover on the Due payment amount, do you see what it is that is left to pay?

    I see, but is it possible for you to isolate what payment it is that is actually still due? Is it words, facebook comments, or what else? What happens if you try to mark the author as paid again?
