    My Pro and my add-ons are not working. Give me a time out error when ever I try to use the lic code.

    Hi Shauntay,
    it seems like the request can’t get through. Please make sure outbound connections are enabled on your server (you may have to contact your host to check this).

    If you’re still having issues then, I can send you a manual activator. I’d prefer the standard way because the manual one overrides standard license checks and may give you problems in the future.
