hi there , we bought the postpay counter pro and facebook addon and we are facing problems
1) visit stats
– using google analytics is great are the only thing its visit count is low , much lower from our records using both jetpack + top10 conters
– we install simstat and using call back class ppc_pvc_views , its null visit2) for wordcount , due to the nature of we are chinese content , how to make the word count more accurate ? utf-8 ?
3) for fb share / like / engagement , how to we find out the basis of data ? we found the data in dashboard vs in fb is totally different

We provide different ways of tracking visits on purpose, so that you can choose 🙂 We do not know why Analytics and Jetpack differ, but that is not something we can do anything about, sorry! And no, unfortunately it is not possible to use Jetpack’s visits – they do not allow it.

Yeah, counting words in chinese is not easy. We provide a Pay Per Character addon that may be better for that language 🙂

https://pasteboard.co/IiKEojp.pngFor Facebook, make sure in the Counting settings you do not have a minimum and maximum threshold: that is probably what is causing the issue. The option I’m talking about is Start/Stop paying shares after share # 🙂
For visits, where do you get the NULL entry? In stats or in options?
