Hello,
I’ve bought Payment Request addon. The addon and licence key has e-mailed to me. But there is a problem.
I downloaded the plugin and activate it, and I got this error even though they’re both up to date:
“It looks like the latest version of Post Pay Counter is not active. Post Pay Counter – Request Payment can’t run without it.”Here is the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/q1cj3u
After that, I’ve tried to enter licence key but then I got an error too that says:
Make sure the license you are trying to activate is related to an addon that is both installed and active. You may be activating an old PRO version: in this case, try to use the other License status box you can find in the Options page. You may have to scroll the page to find it.
Error: License object is not a PPCP_license instance.Can you help me to fix it please. I really need this plugin to work.

thanks for all the details.
So the issue is that, at the beginning, we thought the Request Payment addon would only be interesting to people who also had the PRO version, which is not active on your site. That is why the addon is not working. But I think there is no real limitation in not having the PRO version, apart from not having all the payment features with which the Request Payment addon can link to. I think we can re-engineer the addon to work even without the PRO, if you are just patient for a couple of days 🙂 Let me know!Have a nice day,
StefanoYeah, I see 🙂 Now I bought the pro version. I think now I dont need the Payment Request addon I guess 🙂 Can you cancel the subs for that account and refund? 🙂 I am going to use pro version.

Im sorry to disturbing you again but looks like request payment is not in pro package. For authors to request a paymant via button I still need that extra Request Payment addon right? If it is I can repurchase the addon.
