Hello,
I am getting a blank screen (totally blank) when I try to go to the payments page.
The corresponding error message below doesnt really help me. I noticed that there isnt any Database Tables created on the wp- backend, is there a reason for this? It seems it would be easier to fix/calculate if there was at lease a DB Table dedicated to payments.November 9, 2017 21:03:42
An error was thrown with code “ppcp_pb_get_stats_by_posts_ids_empty_array”, message “Empty array input.” and debug data “array (
)”.Thanks,

sorry for the delay, I did not get a notification for this topic!I guess this is still an issue, is it right? When talking about the payments page, do you mean the stats page, or the confirm payment page?
Do you have access to your server error log? Can you have a look and see if you find any error related to Post Pay Counter. Also, please try to deactivate Post Pay Counter PRO and other addons you may have active and see if with the free version alone you manage to load the page.Let me know! ๐

A. Yes
Q. When talking about the payments page, do you mean the stats page, or the confirm payment page?
A. stats page
Q. Do you have access to your server error log?
A. Yes, I have full access as I am the admin and site creator.
Q. Can you have a look and see if you find any error related to Post Pay Counter.
A. Yes, but which log? I didnt see anything in httpd or mysql. BTW, where /or how is the data stored in WP? I thought it would be a straight forward Table, but that is not the case.
Q. Also, please try to deactivate Post Pay Counter PRO and other addons you may have active and see if with the free version alone you manage to load the page.
A. I already tried this, but I can double check that I deactivated everything.November 25, 2017 at 10:21 am #59256StefanoKeymasterHi Ian,
A. Yes, but which log?
Apache/PHP error log, that’s where you should look for errors. Try to load the stats page and then immediately look at the bottom of error logs.
BTW, where /or how is the data stored in WP? I thought it would be a straight forward Table, but that is not the case.
Settings/Data is spread around wp_options, wp_postmeta and wp_usermeta tables. Stats are cached but not stored, since they are generated on the fly every time the stats page is accessed.

StefanoNovember 30, 2017 at 11:14 pm #59349IanGuestWhere are you storing the php log in the settings? I have Centos, and I do not see php error logs in the standard /var/log directory.
This is the error I was and am getting, (I dont think its helpful IMHO):

The plugin does not alter the default logging file location, that’s up to your Apache/nginx/PHP setup. Double check your logging settings – you may have it disabled (check your wp-config.php as well).

No, that’s not relevant.
Just to clarify, do you get a blank page every time you try to load the stats page? If that’s the case, try to change (make narrower) your default time range. You can find that setting in Options > Miscellanea > Default stats time range ๐

StefanoDecember 4, 2017 at 1:35 pm #59406IanGuestThe strange thing is that the writers are able to see their stats just fine, but admins cannot see anything. So it has something to do with the admin users. That is correct – I am seeing a blank page and nothing else. I changes the stats settings as you mentioned and indeed when I set ’14’ days it works fine.
December 4, 2017 at 1:38 pm #59408IanGuestIs there anything that I can do to allow the system to compute the entire payment because writers are paid ased upon accruing amount from earlier posts and setting an arbitrary date cuts off payments from earlier posts. At least that is my understanding.
December 4, 2017 at 7:37 pm #59413StefanoKeymasterSo it has something to do with the admin users
Yes and no. As an admin, you are allowed to see stats for all users together, which requires computing much more data than each user requires. So, basing on what you said, it’s very likely that your hosting does not allocate enough memory/computing time, and this results in the plugin failing to generate stats. This is confirmed by the fact that smaller stats sets are correctly handled. I would advise reaching out to your host and seeing if they can do anything to help. You may want to have a look at the settings in Post Pay Counter > Options > Miscellanea > Performance to make stats generation faster by turning off unneeded features ๐
Let me know!

December 7, 2017 at 8:00 am #59430StefanoKeymasterOkay, so resources are unlikely to be an issue. It could still be timeout though, could you check that? ๐
Have a nice day,
