Hello Stefano,
When requesting a payment, we get this error:
Even though the threshold is set to 1 and the total amount due is $1.26 which is greater.
When changing the threshold to 0, the request went through successfully. Is there an explanation for the error and does it have to do with the threshold? Thanks!
May 20, 2019 at 9:39 am #65194StefanoKeymasterHi UD,
just one question: when hitting the Request Payment button, is the author on a stats page in which he is shown to have $1.26 due payment? I mean, is the time range wide enough when requesting payment?Have a nice day,
StefanoMay 22, 2019 at 2:48 am #65223UDGuestHi Stefano,
I’m not sure I understand the time range, but the user is shown to have $1.26 in total due payment when requesting payment.
May 22, 2019 at 10:47 am #65225StefanoKeymasterCould you please provide a screenshot of the stats page, in which it is clear what the post payment is made up of (words, visits, ecc)? Thanks
May 29, 2019 at 12:25 am #65290UDGuestHi Stefano,
Here is a screenshot:
It’s based on visits. Thanks!May 29, 2019 at 10:51 am #65301StefanoKeymasterOh, there may be a misunderstanding. The user has 1.26 as total payment, but only 0.19 as due payment. It’s the Due payment that should reach the threshold ๐
Does this help?Have a nice day,
StefanoMay 29, 2019 at 3:17 pm #65304UDGuestHi Stefano,
It was actually 1.26 as the due payment previously when we got the error, but I will let you know if get the error when the due is over the threshold again.
Thanks!
May 30, 2019 at 10:25 am #65312StefanoKeymasterRight – I wanted to see exactly what each posy payment was made of so I could try to replicate the issue. If it happens again, let me know ๐

July 11, 2019 at 4:58 pm #65874UDGuestHello,
We are having the same issue again with the threshold. When requesting the payment through the front-end we get this “Error: could not fetch author due payment.” In the error log, it says “An error was thrown with code “ppc_request_payment_html_error”, message “Error: could not fetch author due payment.” and debug data “array (
)”.”A couple of screenshots:

Thanks!July 11, 2019 at 10:26 pm #65883StefanoKeymasterHi there,
are you running the latest version 1.5? I got a bug fixed related to this issue last month, where only posts up to yesterday would account for the threshold. This meant that posts written today wouldn’t count for the threshold reaching. Could this be?Let me know! ๐
Have a nice day,
StefanoJuly 12, 2019 at 12:35 pm #65892UDGuestWe checked plugin version, it’s 1.4 currently. How do we update to the new version?
Thanks!July 12, 2019 at 12:39 pm #65894StefanoKeymasterIt should be possible from the plugins page – if not, try to reload it a couple times. If still not, I am just going to resend you the purchase receipt with the link to the latest version ๐

July 13, 2019 at 9:48 pm #65920StefanoKeymasterHi Chris,
I’m a bit clueless at this point. Would you mind granting me temporary admin access so I can have a look directly? Thanks ๐Have a nice day,

July 13, 2019 at 11:25 pm #65928StefanoKeymasterThanks! I had a look – there was indeed an issue with the shortcode stats. I fixed it in the code on your site, will include it in the next release. I also requested a payment for the only user above the threshold, let me know if you want me to clear it or it’s fine this way ๐
July 14, 2019 at 7:35 am #65932ChrisGuestHi Stefano,
Its fine this way, thanks for the quick fix!
