    I changed some user permissions on an individual basis (some users I turned off post counting/payment calculating altogether for time being)

    Hi Liz,
    thanks for reporting.

    That was indeed a bug, happening when a user had all payment criteria disabled in their custom settings, I guess this was your situation as well. I have fixed the issue and will release the fix later today 🙂
