Hello, we have purchased a 5 sites license Post Pay Counter for our sites, but we always get the same Error.

It works right for “This month” or “Last month”, but we get the 500 Error trying for “All time” stats.

We specially need the “All time” stats selection.

Our main site: 170.000 posts, uploading 700 posts daily

What can we do? Is our site too big for the system?

    Waiting for your prompt reply

    Hi Juan,
The error is certainly due to too much stats to be loaded at once. I know of websites of size comparable to yours that load fine, but it can also have to do with the power of your server. You can try to tune the performance settings in the plugin Miscellanea box and see if that helps 🙂

    Let me know!
    Have a nice day,
    Stefano

    Hello,
As I told you, there is no way to get stats for more then 3 months.
We need it for “All time”stats selection but it’s not possible.
Our main site: 170.000 posts, uploading 700 posts daily.
We need a system capable to work with up to 1 million posts.
Please, can you process our refund?
    Thanks
    Juan

    Hi Juan,
I have just refunded your transaction. For further test, I’d advise using the free Post Pay Counter version. If you find a setup that works with that, then you can be confident enough that it will scale with the PRO as well. I may also work on some smarter caching in the future 🙂

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano
