Firstly, i would like to thank you for this great plugin. I really appreciate that!
I have just realized a calculation problem.
My author Alex earned 108 and i previously paid 58 to him. When i visit general statistics page which contains the information of all of my users, i see that i need to pay 24 more to Alex instead of 50. But if i click on his name and see the earning detail post by post, it shows me the correct amount which is 50.
The difference between those 2 pages is the earning comes from word count.
This completely affects the paypal payment process since the difference is quite big.

I am using version 2.517 for post pay counter and version 1.5.9.3 for post pay counter pro.
Mmm that’s weird… There was a bug exactly as you described but was fixed versions ago… Could I ask you for a temp admin account so I can personally look into the issue?

Okay, I’m an admin now. However, I looked at stats and couldn’t fine user the Alex you mentioned in your first post. Could you guide me through?
Let’s do this way: open the detailed stats page for the author with the issue, selecting the correct time frame. When you see stats you want me to see, under the button to update the time range there’s the link get the permalink for the view: copy it and post it here. Thanks.

Thanks. Can you please point out what stats differ? Because I look at general stats and totals shown at the bottom of author detailed stats and they’re the same.

Okay, that was actually a bug I though I had fixed several versions ago but don’t know why was still there.
