    Hiya Stefano. I originally purchased pro access to PPC in 2015. Last year it extended properly, but I’ve realized that when I paid to extend it another year this past April, it wasn’t automatic, and the email the system sent me is invalid and doesn’t include the license key. The lines are blank and have no links, so the email looks like this:

    Post Pay Counter PRO – License Renew – Download
    Your license key:
    Valid for:

    Is it possible for you to resend a valid email and my new license key? Happy to provide whatever other info you need. Thanks very much!

    Hi Bree,
    could you please provide your original license key, the one you got in 2015, or at least the email you purchased it with? You can mark the post as private so I will be the only person to see it 🙂

    I have manually extended your license – maybe you had not entered your license key when renewing. Anyway, everything should be fine now: you may want to deactivate and reactivate your license on your site for the status to update.

    PS. I could see the email you posted with here, but it was different from the one it was used to purchase the license that I could see active on your site. Long story short: I just wanted to double check and make sure it was the correct one 🙂
