    I installed the custom email notification plug inane set it when I click on “see preview” it just shows an empty white box.

    I do see a few errors in my log but I do not believe they are related.

    Hi Kathy,
    it looks like my emails aren’t reaching you.

    I SHOULD have managed to find and fix the issue for the Custom Email Notifications preview. I have just released an update for the addon. I have already installed the update on your site, but I have seen edits to file take up to 24 hours to be effective on your site, so you will probably have to wait for the issue to be fixed.

    Is there some file caching in place that I can deactivate temporarily? I am having a hard time troubleshooting the Request Payment issue, since any edits I do are not displayed immediately.
