Hello there, I am from Bangladesh so PayPal is not available here . A friend of mine lives in Germany and I used his help to buy PostPayCounterPRO. Then he forwarded me the purchase receipt over mail. But Whenever I try to download the plugin using the link provided in the purchase report mail, a error message is showing, “Sorry, this file could not be downloaded”. Moreover I told my friend to try downloading the zip file then send it to me but he also cannot download the zip file as the same error message keep showing to him. This is the email was used by my friend to buy the plugin: farzana-akter@t-online.de. So what can I do now?
