    Hello,

    Although I paid the Category Custom Renew 2-5 websites license
    for this year 2022, it still shows “Awfully sad – Expired” which means I did not pay yet.

    Hi Omar,
    I can confirm the license was successfully renewed. I can take a while for the status to update automatically, but you can force it by simply deactivating your license key and reactivating it again 🙂
