KeymasterThe analytics numbers of the ppc don´t agree with the analytics. A post in the pps shows 339 and the analytics show 889 (both unique views). The track is not working.

KeymasterI´ve tryed to update the analytics information and zero all the numbers definytely. This plugin seems to be very very very instable. And now? Seems that no way to recover the numbers again. How I will explain this form my authors? How they will trust the numbers again? And if fix the problem today, 3 day later the analytics broken again and… what I will say? the plugin could be every type or error, that´s ok, but no in the analytics numbers, this is unacceptable…

KeymasterYes when you update Analytics data through Post Pay Counter > Google Analytics Status > Update data it takes some page refreshes for all rows to be updated… Glad it’s fine now! 🙂

KeymasterDid stats stop to show up up or have they never shown up? Have you tried selecting a wider time range with the time picker in the stats page?

KeymasterI remember that I have selected the ´´sandbox paypal´´ before the update and selected ´´forum and topics´´ to count. I diselected these options and the users dashbord becomes to work properly again. Don´t put options that can cause problens to the plugin.

KeymasterI do give support but I’m not here 24/7 😉
All features have a specific purpose, that should be explained quite in detail either in the related settings box or in tooltips, accessible through click on the blue info points 🙂
