    Hi Ruslan,
I have just tried I have no issues in doing that. Can you try to clear your browser cache (or reload the page by pushing Ctrl + F5) and maybe try to load it with another browser?

    Have a nice day,
    Stefano

It’s probably some js conflicting. Can you see if in your browser console any errors show up? Otherwise, can I have a look myself? 🙂

No errors. I noticed before another problem. It has always been. After updating the plugin, it is still “lights up” as Bud is not updated. Perhaps because of the cache? but with other plugins no such problem.

You can post the credentials here and mark the post as private through the apt checkbox at the bottom of the reply form. This way I will be the only one who can see them.

Okay, I’ve seen, and yes I think it’s a caching issue. Can you try to clear your server cache?

I do not know how to do that

Then I guess you can simply wait until the cache expires by itself. I’m sorry, but there’s not much to do. The options page isn’t loading a javascript file included a couple releases ago, so it’s probably because the old version of the page is still cached.

How do you update a plugin?

I don’t understand what you mean, sorry!

And why plug-PRO always requires an update, even if it has just been updated? On the other plugins no such problem. But I can see right now he does not need to be updated, you update it?

Yes, I updated it. Indeed, I had forgotten to updated the version number in the latest release so the plugin always thought to be a release back, even if it had just been updated. Also, it sometimes happens that even after updating, an update looks still available. Deactivating the plugin, applying the update and reactivating the plugin should fix that, when it happens,

The cache is cleared. The programmer said that most likely the problem is in the plugin (not set properly even if the file options?). See screenshot:
    http://i9.pixs.ru/storage/8/3/9/ScreenShot_9249428_22356839.jpg
And for some reason, all the settings in the statistics began to default

As you can see from my screenshot, the plugin does load the file that is missing, but for some reason to me unknown it’s not loaded in your site. You may try to re-upload plugin files, but I doubt this will solve the issue. Either something it’s conflicting or the server still holds some old version of the page I guess.

    Pages admin panel never cached….
It happened today, but now update your plug-in and plug-in Yoast SEO. But the problem is if you disable the plugin Yoast SEO
    🙁
