    On our accounts, we are trying to pay some authors via paypal, and some have gone through while others did not go through while the pay counter shows that they were paid. please help us debug this issue.

    Hi there,
    this is very weird! When you say that they didn’t go through, what do you mean? Did you cancel the payment when on the PayPal form? Or what? Please provide some more details 🙂
