Example error received on someone’s email, whatever this means, plus when trying to pay 6 people at a time and get an error it means I have to go back and start over adding the people I want to pay and re-adding the bonuses for each person.
Could you add a ‘remove’ option for affected users so I don’t have to do it over again each time it occurs?

the Account is restricted error is due to the fact that you probably have PayPal Sandbox enable in the plugin PayPal settings. Try to uncheck it and it should work.Could you add a ‘remove’ option for affected users so I don’t have to do it over again each time it occurs?
I will see what I can do but it’s not so easy 🙂

That’s really a good idea!
Have a nice day,
StefanoAugust 16, 2016 at 2:01 pm #51791LizGuestI checked but I don’t have sandbox for paypal (other payments have also gone through fine), though I think it was an actual email issue on the users end somehow.
My new issues are: 1. while trying to bulk pay plus add author Bonus going to pay confirmation only shows original amount and not manually entered bonus amounts.
2. When I went to pay it anyway (to see whether it still worked or not, or did it in two passes or something) I forgot to change my payment source and it canceled. Now, even though it said no money was transferred (https://www.dropbox.com/s/agk9ctj2laxhtwe/Screenshot%202016-08-16%2021.59.29.png?dl=0) The actual’Due Pay’ is showing as zero, instead of the amount I haven’t paid.Look at me go, with all the debugging haha

There seems to be some issue with PayPal payments not getting the Author Payment Bonus. Will investigate further and release a fix ASAP.

Yes, there’s no way to change that behavior. As written in the warning message, just open the payment history for that user and delete the new (bad) record. If you had selected more than one user, you can even pull up the entire transaction and delete it.
Finally, I couldn’t quite get what the two last screens are about, as they seem unrelated. Let’s try to keep issues separate, so we can fix them one by one 🙂

This is now fixed! Version 1.1 ships the fix and has just been released 🙂
