    Hi Stefano,

    I had a customer email me telling me that they weren’t able to see any earnings in their stats.
    So I went to the stats page to investigate and noticed that the Pay checkboxes were missing.
    Then I went to the options page and I am seeing a lot of prompts asking me to ‘Go PRO’ etc. I have had a Post Pay Counter PRO for a while now and I haven’t changed anything in my WP for a long time. I checked installed plugins and Post Pay Counter PRO is still there and activated yet I seem to have lost PRO features. I checked my permissions and they seem fine, as mentioned I haven’t changed anything for a while.

    Any idea what is going on?

    Hi Serkan,
    could you check the License Status box in the Options page? Does the license show up as active?

    Hi Stefano,

    Sorry for late response, I didn’t receive an email when you responded.

    No it says ‘No licenses to display.’.
    Should I just re-enter my license key?

    Hi Stefano,

    Ok but I am having trouble finding the license key.
    If I search my emails, I can find the license key for the Stop Words add-on but not for the PRO plugin itself.
    Did this go out via email when I made the purchase? I can’t remember.
